Delivery

Yes, jewelry can be shipped to all countries.

Jewelry is shipped to your home only by registered mail.
The envelope is given to the recipient against signature as a security measure.
A tracking number is communicated to the buyer once the package has been sent.
This allows you to track the progress of the mail on the La Poste Polynésienne website.
(Please note that for certain countries such as the USA and Canada, tracking stops upon leaving Polynesian territory).

The jewelry is shipped from Bora Bora, which is far from many destinations.
From what I have observed from my previous shipments, packages generally take between 2 and 3 weeks to arrive in France.
It may rarely happen that the deadline is shorter but it may sometimes happen that the deadline is longer.
For destinations other than France, it takes between 3 weeks and a month.

As the buyer, you are responsible for paying any customs fees or import taxes upon arrival of your package in your territory of residence.

Please note, however, that if the goods you ordered were shipped outside French Polynesia, you benefited from a 16% VAT exemption.
You have therefore benefited from a tax-free purchase (Duty Free).

Payment

International bank cards CB, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express are accepted.
Only for customers who have a French bank account, it is possible to pay by classic interbank transfer.

Once the order is placed, the jewelry is created and shipped fairly quickly.
Therefore, if you wish to cancel or modify your order, I ask that you send me your request as quickly as possible so that I can respond to it before the order is sent.
If the order has already been sent, I will guide you according to each situation.
Customer satisfaction being my priority, I will always do my best to satisfy your request.
I am a small artisan and therefore I personally manage my business from the design of the jewelry to its shipment.
There are therefore no complex and rigid procedures to follow, so I can manage requests flexibly and on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, you need an account to place an order.
This allows us to track your purchases and manage your information.

I accept returns if the order does not meet your expectations.
Please contact me no later than one week after the date of receipt of the package, informing me of the reason for your return request.
I will tell you how to proceed depending on your country of residence.
